Freediving course -30m FIM

I am feeling blessed to live in a country that its weather allows swimming during the half of the year! The sea's temperature that morning of November was 21oC when outside felt like a bit more because of the strong sunshine.
The course took place in the Well of Vouliagmeni, a hole in the sea bottom which gives the depth of -30m, just a few breaths from the shore. In this video, I used the free immersion technique to finally achieve my personal best -30m.

Yes you guys are lucky to have such good water visibility. Here in Singapore...we are lucky enough to get 2-3 metres visibility probably half the time in a year. 😁

Oh, sorry to hear that... Here there are some few days with less visibility and for me it does have a psychological impact in my dive affecting more the relaxation part. Thanks for commenting!
