in the pool disciplines, AIDA will apply a penalty for starting after +10 seconds, is it different for open water?

For the pool, penalties after +10, red card after +30. For depth, there are no penalties within 0-30, after +30 red card.

it looks like molachnova pro blade comp - I belive they are 28 degrees but I thing you can change them internally.
