Freediving the Wrecks of Hawaii

After many long months stuck at home I was finally able to go overseas! So I booked a flight to Hawaii with my friend Mauro for some freediving fun time adventures!
In this video we explore the wrecks of Oahu on one breath. In case you didn't guess...the wrecks are stunning! They are nice and deep and there's so much life on them all!

Watching everyone swimming up to the surface with no fins is like watching angels ascend into heaven, its beautiful. My first time freediving was in horrible murky reservoir water, at 16 meters I could barely see my hands or the line. But as soon as I looked up toward the surface, it felt like the light of heaven shining down on me, and everything was still and perfect. The most tranquil experience I’ve ever had

Gosh, I've been waiting for ever to see you guys again. I've missed your infectious laugh & smile Adam. Wow, the family had expanded some what too. A couple of cuties there. Please stay safe on your travels & thank you for a great episode. I've been wondering how free divers who caught COVID feel with regards to both their confidence & ability to dive, realising that COVID can affect breathing, sometimes leading to shortness of breath further respiratory issues. I dove the power plant there last summer. Lots of fish. There was a huge sea turtle just basking in the warm water in front of the pipe when I was there.
