Your easy to follow instruction has reawakened my desire to increase my breatholds. Two minutes was my previous maximum, "I'm-gonna-die!" limit that I worked up to, but in only two days of following your instruction I just broke three minuits! I'm now shooting for four with real expectation for the first time!

It's bizarre to realize I've never taken a "full" breath in my 28 years of life 🤣 Thanks for expanding my view, not just my lungs. I haven't started freediving yet (focusing primarily on dry training to get my breath hold up for a few weeks), but it's already changing how I view the world: how I breathe, relax, and truly relax my body. Thanks for the video; going to expand my pre-training regimen to include these

Hey Adam, a bunch of KZbinrs use patreon as a sort of "tip jar". It's a good way to support yourself doing this, and a good way for your viewers to give directly to you instead of being forced to ask for likes. You deserve something for all this knowledge you share! Think about it! I'd certainly throw a few dollars at you for all this. Thanks again, Adam.

I feel like although I would only get the chance to dive few times in summer it is more enjoyable since I got to apply proper techniques and tips so that I would simply become crazy addicted to that feeling under water while going deeper it is cool thank you, you are helping a lot with your content I appreciate it!
