It's pretty much cancelled. GalaxyTrail's contract with MP2 games, the company that helped finalize everything, has run out, and it would cost a lot to fly them back down to Texas to finish everything up, and the original engine they used (a build of ClickTeam Fusion from like 2008) is so old that updating everything would be a nightmare. So even if they decided to finish the DLC, it would take tons of time and money. I'd just wait for it to be announced for FP2, or an announcement of Spade & Torque's own spinoff game, which DiDuro has spoken about in the past.
