Why would u waste so much time this is just being cheap buy new accuators 4 new complete is 45£ in ebay. Honestly why works people be so cheap u like nice car but won't pay the cost when something breaks why u buy car u can't afford? Maybe buy a car wirh manual looks old American just saying might be a good idea

This keeps the original LR mechanism on the vehicle rather than exchange for a cheap one. Can you send me the link to the 4 locks at £45 on eBay please for us all to see?

@@martinhuusfelt1783 Buying those cheap ones is asking for trouble. If you are doing the job to sell the car on, then I can see why you would buy cheap. But if you are looking after your own car, you wouldn't - unless you wanted to do the same job again in a years time. I've just completed the job properly ;-) 4 locks for £45? The problem with that is that they didn't tell you that they must be the old broken ones that someone else threw away! Also, I doubt if it is about buying a car you can't afford. It is also to do with the self satisfaction of being able to not on only fix the issue, but to go a step further to fix the real problem. Inquisitive mechanics and I'm thankful for the video!
