We have two miniature Goldendoodles (2 and 1 years old), so have recently been through the puppy transition! They are a riot, but yes change daily routine in a big way. It’s worth it though. Good luck with the pup and the race!!

Morro Bay looks fun!! The water is supposed to be very chilly, but maybe you'll just be even faster. ;) I am also struggling with getting back into IM Arizona training after a long stint of bike racing. It's easy to be optimistic when planning your race season, but then life happens. Sometimes I just want to sit on my bed and watch movies. Or like clean my house. You know, normal life things.

Kidding aside, having done multiple babies and puppies. My experience is babies are at least 10x harder and more expensive in the long run. Reward is also 10x so there's that. Love the editing on this one.

Hi! During the shots of Miguel running I saw that his knees don't get really high, maybe he could do some drills to improve his stride? If you look at footage of Jakob Ingebrigtsen for example (one of the best, if not the best, runner on the planet) you see that his knees get higher

As a parent to a 3 month old and 2 dogs, I can definitively say that although there are a lot of similarities to the struggle (ie: gotta treat them after they poo, take them on walks to exhaust them) babies are roughly 800x more exhausting than puppies. Like, did you know you can’t crate a baby?! I know. Apparently it’s frowned upon. Anyhoo, steal the dog. It’s too cute to not have a KZbin following and we’re here for it now. No more tri just dogs.
