Trying not to get "too" EXCITED by this idea! I live in Kingman AZ which just happens to be TRUCK DRIVER CENTRAL! We got Truck-washes, Truck stops like LOVES etc. Truck repair and maintenance facilities. ALL KINDS OF PLACES I could hang out and and talk to drivers. The Truck wash alone is right down the street! I could talk to probably 50 truck drivers in a day!WOWEE KAZOWWEE!

Great video! I have been inundated with freight brokerage videos from LOTS of sources and this one should have been the first! It is critical to get our heads around this fact of failing due to fear. I wanted to add that it needs to be said that some fears are irrational - such as being afraid of frogs or even public speaking - and thus you could use reason alongside of your approach with your daughter - which, BTW, is called shaping in the counseling/correctional world. But some fears are legit. We SHOULD fear getting hurt if we jump off a 500 foot bridge. We SHOULD fear of getting hurt if we ride a mountain bike on a steep, rocky trail without a helmet. Right? But fear of cold-calling is irrational. Once we have established that then we can face it and KNOW, from people like you who have been there and done that, that such a fear is irrational. We won't get hurt. We won't die. We won't contract a disease. Just do it, trusting our training and trusting in those who have gone before us. It is not unknown. Thanks for sharing this for free!

a bond is more like an insurance policy that is underwritten by a financial instituation while a trust is like having money in escrow that is set aside in case of any carrier claims.
