I was thinking the same thing. File broker guards on brokerages that don’t show their payment history with the shippers. Also require brokerage’s employees to be listed so they can get rated also. Brokerages should show how much money they are making per load.

@@MS-oz2wu The number of carrier guards the brokers have filed and reasons filed. Broker volumes would be helpful also, like how many deals are brokered daily, weekly, monthly. What equipment these brokers are making deals for, reefer, dry van, flatbed. A rating for brokers should be developed, say a 1 to 10 scale so carriers can get an idea of what other carriers are dealing with over time. Miranda would be more equipped to help since she secures deals and dispatches.

This whole ordeal is absolutely and utterly ridiculous honestly, he went from being a communist to now, attorneys must have said, "you to have something in place to cover your ass, hence this new website drama." Geo-location monitoring of an individual could be costly, especially if there is a vindictive ex-spouse or ex-biz partner in the mix. This could actually cost someone their life. (These things have, and sometimes do happen...) And it's all Brewer's creation! That would make him an accessory to the action. I don't want to see anyone hurt, but I can't wait to see him defending this in court!

511 is absolutely useless. Carries availability is overcrowded. Broker has a choice, their phone gets overheated after 15 seconds once any load is been posted

Carriers will still be reluctant to file a "review" on brokerages, because brokers will just turn around and post a reprisal complaint (check all the boxes!) on that particular carrier. It will be a vicious cycle. Will the information left by brokers be transparent enough to see whom posted it, or is it anonymous? As I understood it, location sharing will be just for the time you are recording and uploading the video. Then it stops and doesn’t carry on tracking you. I don’t see an issue to prove to brokers that you are in fact responding from business address which is listed on your safer, I see that as positive for a real and legitimate company
