Liz, everything looks so beautiful. Perfect details 😊. I hear you say that this house is small, but a lot of your KZbin friends live in houses this size or smaller. Watching you decorate this home is very relatable for me. We have lived in a 1,800 sq ft cottage for over 50 years. I have always decorated with French Country, I just didn’t know that’s what you called it. I just knew it’s what I love. I have always been a fan of color, and I love when you bring those pops in. Hi Liz, I absolutely love the new table and chairs, I think it blends so beautifully with the rest of the decor and I also love the piece that came with it that you decorated by your front door. I have been decorating with the same colors as well, all neutrals! I have tried so hard to incorporate a pop of color but I find myself just being happy with the neutral shades of creams, beige, whites, blacks and browns. Also, greenery with those neutral shades is just beautiful. As always, you did an amazing job decorating the dining room and the entire house. I so look forward to the days your video's are out. I love your videos. We have sized down to a 1080 sq. ft. ranch. the previous owner painted the whole house Revere Pewter and all trim and doors white. The floors are the greige rustic flooring. It is so different than my previous House. I love it. You have just the ideas I need to create a cozy space like yours. Thank you for sharing each time You change it up. You have given me so many tips. I'm so happy to be able to go through my containers to make my old decorations work in so many ways. I'm 74 and my husband and I are making it our forever home. I am always re-watching your previous videos love them.

We've downsized too .. it's really quite different to get used to. I squeeze every inch of space that I can for extra storage. I "Love" the baskets under the hutch for just this reason...and rectangular suitcase basket under the plant as well. My linen closet is so small, as well as my kitchen...so armoires and chests have been my best friends. I think the trick is just going with to what really speaks to you...love, love, love it. These basic neutrals are the foundation, you can always add pops of color with textiles. My favorite pop of color was last fall, your dining tablescape! Omgosh! I'll never forget it ..earthy, with soft lights and reflection off of the bright colored pumpkin. I love that one! I don't comment often, but when I do, I've got something to say. Congrats on the new smaller home, it's looking good. Love the softness and the bold buffalo check.

Ooooh i like that.. and oh i like that and ooooh that over there looks gooood. But when you brought out that huge mirror and flanked it up against the wall.. I was like 😍😍😍 oooooh!! I love my small house...1600 square feet. I'm enjoying watching you decorate your smaller house and I can really relate. My house is much easier to keep clean because it's small. Everyone tells me my house is really cute and that's what I've always gone for. I do love farmhouse and black and white so what you're doing in your smaller house is just right! I love it!

For the lights behind the mirror and hutch, I would use Google plugs. You can program them on your phone to come on and go off at certain times. We love ours.

Liz it’s beautiful and I too have whites,creams and black! My table is off white but with a light wooden top and French country but I have a lot of farm house too! I do add in sage green and greenery like you do and I love it and not replacing it! Your home is gorgeous and boy was that dining set worth keeping! I just love it and the decor you’ve used! I love black! You are so good and boy do I ever love your videos! I found some black and white runners at Tuesday Morning and Home Goods! Love the plates and I also have the tray with black handles! Love your you-tube channel. You are the best at layering and very creative. To me it's not about "color" but about the items and how they are creatively used. Example: If a person doesn't care for black and white plaid...find a pillow/runner and or dish one does like, but use the concept and creativity you share to get ideas on how to put items together. I love it all. Liz, if you ever want to have your two lights turn off, you could get the plugs with the remotes. I bought them for my Christmas trees. I use them for other plug ins too. I got mine from Wal-Mart. I just love all your different risers lanterns and lamps. Have a great weekend. Hope the weather or at least the weather here in Michigan gets a bit warmer. So much work to be done on our property but so cold and seems to rain on the weekends. UGH!😏
