Just got mine from the Fitness Center in California. Speak with Kyrin. She is very helpful. Installation was completed today, Tuesday. Will write up my workout plan on Friday. Starting a lifetime of working out come Saturday. If you get the aluminum pulleys, MAKE SURE they send you the right length cables. The aluminum pulleys are larger than the plastic pulleys. Otherwise your cables would be 6" short on each side. Then it would take another week to deliver.

Just got this installed and have used for about a week. Overall it seems like a pretty solid machine, I did opt for the aluminum pulleys which is a no brained honestly. My only problem with it is that the smith could go a little higher for its top rack position. But the machine is already quite tall so I supposed it makes sense where it is. I’ve just bonked my head a few times when not using the smith bar and changing the plate pulley setting. Definitely can get a full body workout and the attachments option are endless

Just wondering what's the inside working width of this functional trainer. I mean for like when you do chest press or military press with the Smith barbell. Also read the barbell is not countwrbalance. Does it feel really heavy for you?How do you find the functional trainer so far. Any issues?
@austinjones13583 жыл бұрын
I use it 5 days a week and love it so far. I don’t bench with the smith bar, I have a free Olympic bar I use but I am 6’ and did bench with it a few times to warm up. With the widest you can grip within the cage it’s still enough space, but if you’re a big fellow it might be a little tight. The smith bar has some decent weight to it, more than a standard bar but I honestly like it for quick warm ups with no plates on it. I also purchased a Hoist fitness bench that I use for military press etc. I guess it just depends how tall you are. If you’re ~6 feet you should be fine. The only complaint I have is the j hooks are sort of awkward as they have a bolt that sticks out about a quarter inch right where you’d be replacing the bar after benching/squatting. I ordered some other ones that are more angled for better re-entry of the bar.

We purchased a few weeks ago and had FSS install. Lots of little things are different than what they are showing. Overall, I really like it. Love the jammer arms, but you can purchase jammer arms, at various sites, for racks that have 2 x 2 or 3 x 3 posts. So far Fitness Superstore has had excellent service. They fixed several things that were not right. I will say this, the smith machine is not counterbalanced and it is heavy AF. I’m really strong and the smith has limited use because it is too heavy. I was hoping to get some extra leg volume. I have a call in now to have it looked at. The inside diameter at the front post with cables is 41”. Basically, you can get a full body workout any which way you use it. I don’t know if I would purchase this particular brand again, but I would not want to purchase a unit of this size without appropriate customer service. I hope this helps.

FORCE USA’S G-series’s are ordered from PRC or the People’s republic of China. So that unit is exactly the same with a different labeled I did my research on both. Go to Alibaba.com & you’ll find the exact machine minus the name for a fraction of the price. Only thing is, it will take dam near 3 months for delivery. With a little extra cost, the manufacturer will stamp whatever label you want it. Check it out.
@cnote83504 жыл бұрын
@@imagemepartner2979 Checked it out, but shipping to the USA looks to be around $5000 which does not save me any money. Do you live in the USA? I'd be curious to know more about your experience purchasing from Alibaba.

Following. I think the G12 has more weight in the stacks and a 1:1 ratio. However, the jammer arms open up a whole additional level of exercises. I wonder how easily they detach?
