French House Renovation 2018

We bought this property in 2012 and have been working on it since 2013. Like most DIY projects, we are moving much slower than expected. This video shows the progress we made in the summer of 2018 - about 3 weeks. We focused on the back part of a Hanger that is becoming an Apartment. This part is an addition we built on to the back and has a bathroom upstairs and a WC and kitchen downstairs.

Excellent work. How much is the estimated final cost of restoration?

Thank you! We have not been keeping track of expenses very well. So far the two most expensive items have been the septic system and the French doors. Each of those cost almost as much as the property itself!
