@@jamesmcluvleeBecause most restaurants run off small profits and make most their profits in liquor sales. You need to pay rent, electricity, water, staff cleaners. The list of over head costs goes on and on. Doing KZbin shorts costs him nothing other then his time and the food he cooks. Running a successful profitable restaurant is waaaaay easier said then done.
