To be honest, I forget how much we all love french toast until I am panicking about dinner and declare breakfast for dinner. No matter what, breakfast for dinner is always a huge hit. While this is a Weight Watcher friendly french toast, this is a simple, filling, and delicious breakfast your whole family will love.
-French toast can be super decadent or healthy. It really comes down to what type of bread, what type of milk, and what type of sweetener. Most importantly, the healthiness of french toast is defined by what you are calling healthy. For this french toast, I am defining it as a low calorie french toast and a Weight Watchers friendly french toast. This also happens to be a dairy free french toast.
