Hi Frenchy just want to give some feedback on my bhang challenge ;) I followed your advice and adjusted the quantities to how I thought they should be. 1/4 cup of fine ground bud (I used elec. coffee grinder) Fill the cup with boiling water add a couple of thin slices of fresh ginger and leave to brew while preparing the milk additives. 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds 1/4 cup of whole almonds 1/4 cup of cashew nuts (I couldn't get the other seeds so improvised with these) Pinch of nutmeg Pinch of cinnamon Crack of pepper Placed all in the elec coffee grinder and gave a good grind (not too fine). I then dissolved 4 teaspoons of sugar into the brewed tea, poured it onto a jar through a tea strainer. Also to the Jar added 500ml of cold milk, mixed ground nuts and spices, and placed in the freezer for 15 min. Stirred up and poured a glass. It was fantastic! Definite aroma of the bud laced with the spices. The taste was subtle bud with a twist of the ginger. The suspension of the nuts and poppy seeds can be chewed or swallowed as desired. I had earlier smoked some bud so couldn't distinguish any affects. The next morning I drank a glass for breakfast and it was even better! An hour later I felt full of energy like itchy feet and definitely a slight buzz, nothing introspective only vibby a rearing to go! I can imagine people drinking this to pep themselves up before working out in the fields or a prep to celebrating festivals. Its a fantastic delicious drink. I know I should have included the bud, but not having a grinding stone to turn it to a paste that could fully dissolve I thought the tea was a better option. I highly recommend others try experimenting with bhang it will put a spring in your step :)

Thanks for nice experiment documentation. For my eyes it seemed more of a making ganja chai. Bhang in Pushkar, India, was small sugarcube sized green balls, which were then mixed with yogurt, 2-10 balks according how strong you wanted it.

Nice. Thanks for sharing. Cool idea about adding food with natural tarps when consuming edibles. Old school mangos would be great for this I bet

i dont like many spices in bang or ghotta as we call in nepal so i make it with milk ganja sugar raisin and shredded coconut. this way you can taste the flavour of the ganja in the milk. for me spices spoil the taste. i drink it 2 times a week and in times when i cant smoke due to gastric i make it with low fat milk or i add water to the milk. Soothes my stomach and my throat and gets me high like a kite. Takes you around 30 mins to make but totally worth it . Easy to make Hits you hard too

Your recipe sounds delicious. The magic of the spices is their synergy with the cannabis terpenes enhancing each other. But one size does not fit all as they say and I'm glad you have a delicious alternative.
@sandeepgiri25544 жыл бұрын
@@FrenchyCannoli yes sir Spices work in synergy with cannabis balancing the flavour but you can always add what you like to the milk and remove what you dont like except for milk and ganja 😂 😂 Anyway i love you vids frenchy they are so educational keep on posting cheers

Yes. Not calculating the difference between whole peppercorns vs. ground pepper was an error we won't make twice. But the drink was a revelation. Actually, quite tasty, and it had a real nice kick.

One question. In an old video of yours' you said that you decarboxilate hash and concentrates because co2 reduces psicoactive effects. But i read also that in the moment you smoke hash or weed decarboxilate by theirself. It s true? Have any effects decarboxilate weed before smokin it?
@Th3_Gael4 жыл бұрын
My understanding only; Smoking does decarb as you smoke but if you decarb weed then age it anaerobicly compounds not present in the weed or trichomes themselves are formed. Dunno if that helps
@iltgdellosportivo20664 жыл бұрын
@@Th3_Gael yes it dacarbs, so thca divides in thc and co2, but inaling you inale also the co2 i think

@FrenchyCannoli4 жыл бұрын
15-25% maximum because the temperature is too high and too fast. At 300F you need 15 minutes to decarb, at 320F your THCA becomes CBN faster that you lose the "A" carboxylic acid. The tip of a cigarette is over 900F, I believe.
@iltgdellosportivo20664 жыл бұрын
@@FrenchyCannoli so why is important decarbing before smoking if the temperature in the tip is so high. Isn t worse?

No, we miscalculated the quantities when working with the spices. The recipe weights are for whole spices. We used spices that were already ground like you can buy in the grocery store here. Translated, we use WAY too much pepper. The flavor was intense. But the overall taste otherwise and the effect was terrific. Would do it again, with more care on spice ratios!
