Ingredients-6 pieces (5.5 cm bottom diameter muffin mold)
-I wrote it in the order of making it.
* Eggs, milk-take out from the refrigerator in advance (10 minutes in summer, 30 minutes in winter)
2 yolks-medium
4 teaspoons of oil-15g (you can use light, odorless oils such as grape seed oil, canola oil, cooking oil)
5 teaspoons milk-25 g (water available)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste-2g (can be omitted; vanilla extract, oil, powder, etc.)
1.2 tablespoons sugar A-15 g
1/8 teaspoon of salt-0.5 g
5 tablespoons wheat flour-45 g
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder-0.5 g (optional)
2 egg whites-medium
3 tablespoons of sugar B-40 g
1/2 cup animal whipped cream -100~120g
1 tablespoon sugar- 7~13g (sugar can be adjusted to your taste)
160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) oven / Bake for 20 minutes
(Bake air fryer 160/22 minutes)
* Turn over as soon as you get out of the oven.
The recipe for chiffon is low in flour, so it tends to go down if left alone.
