Lol I surf sometimes (in Norway - and the waves are best during winter) or go "scuba diving" (dykking). I prefer wetsuits if not in the water for more than, say, an hour, because it'll let some water in and create natural thermo-insulation in the form of warm water (after a while). Also, if you're in constant activity, you can go on okay without gloves. Your body will adjust. Drysuits are better for heavy gear, though.

you dont need a dry suit. get a 3 season wet suit and youll be fine for about 45 -60 minutes
