I swear the judges that are releasing these monsters on charges of 2nd degree attempted murder is ridiculous they should be in jail with these animals
@clarenceworley81343 ай бұрын
It’s not necessarily judges letting people go, not sure about this state, but a lot of times it’s in the jury’s hands, or the DA gives them a plea offer, but I’m pretty sure this guy wasn’t in prison and a judge just stepped in and let him out, judges usually do what the letter of the law will let them do. Basically a lot of times judges don’t have a choice, unlike the girls who decide to date these kind of guys.
@gyromurphy3 ай бұрын
It's 100% intentionally being done. Anytime you here about a DA or judge doing that, 9/10 their campaign was funded by the Open Society or Soros directly, which is all public record, so you can see for yourself. It's insane how long this has been going on. Watch the Actual Justice Warrior channel's videos because he covered tons of these cases. It's more staggering than you know. Especially the most recent case he's covered. S
@Riona1463 ай бұрын
@@clarenceworley8134 The judges do not have to agree to any plea deals brought before them. They have to have reasons for not accepting plea deals, but they absolutely have the right to deny and sentence something else. Judge Boyd will do it often. Lazy judges who accept anything and everything that comes before them are the problem. They are the final say, not the DA or prosecution. They need to act like it.
@clarenceworley81343 ай бұрын
@@Riona146 if the prosecution doesn’t think they have a tight case and offers the defendant a plea deal, sure a judge can reject it, but then you’re taking a huge risk of them going free. You also have laws with maximum sentencing. There are many factors that go into it. There is a ton of things wrong with our justice system and you can’t put all the blame on judges. Prosecuting attorneys play a major role in it, they are the ones who decide what to charge defendants with, and are also the ones who have to win it and convince a jury. If it looks like it’s likely jury will find them not guilty it would be foolish for a judge to not accept a plea deal.

When all the feckless moronic lefty drones in the big cities stop overriding the rest of the population and electing corrupt lefty democrats who coddle criminals, re-victimize victims, and take away the rights and ability of the honest folks to defend themselves, that's when. Its the same crap where I live. They've been defunding the police (and the fire dept, as well) since well before that became a political catchphrase. In five years, the homicide rate more than quadrupled. In fact, it literally tripled in roughly two and a half. Homeless, junkies, mentally ill, and criminals are packed into every parking lot, street, building complex, and alleyway. Drugs and paraphernalia everywhere. Crime is rampant. Most call for police service take literally DAYS to get a response, if you even get one at all. The jail has a nearly literal revolving door. I once arrested the same POS for trespassing and violating an order of protection five times in less than a week, on the same property. There were three more arrests I wasn't involved in, literally eight arrests in seven days, for the same exact thing in the same place. Corruption is rampant, even ignoring the utterly failed politics of the extreme left democrats, and there are billions of dollars that have never been accounted for. Meanwhile, on top of defunding public safety, the infrastructure is in shambles, the roads are rougher than an unmaintained rural dirt trail with potholes big enough to wreck any vehicle with less ground clearance than an SUV (I've literally seen brand new sports cars totaled after hitting potholes), and they're still raising taxes every single year. And the idiot low information drone voters ignore the proven record of shameless corruption and failure, and keep re-electing the same useless criminals simply because they espouse the correct far left politics, and even voting in favor of their tax hikes year after year. Meanwhile, the entire rest of the state, outside of the major urban population centers, has no voice whatsoever, drowned out by the pervasive drones in the big cities. And it's not just government politicians, of course. Political activist judges also sit on the courts, the district attorney's officer, and in the leadership of the police department, fire department, and the sheriff's department. And everywhere else. It's exactly the same crap as Minnesota. It will only end when these treasonous criminals are held accountable, brought to heel, and replaced. And when the voiceless majority have our voices heard over the worthless riffraff who dominate the urban center populations and overrule us at every turn.

I recently ran into him while working and we exchanged numbers but I thought that with time going by for 10 years since I left, that things would have changed. We spoke the very day that we saw each other and he stated to me that we should get rid of everything that we have and he and I should move to the the wood's just him and I and at that very moment I knew that he would kill me if I had said yes and moved with him to the woods. A.S.28. Age gap relationships aren't necessarily a bad thing (though they were, in OP's case). But it depends entirely on the personalities involved, whether age gaps are problematic or not. My brother is 41, and has been with his 32-year-old girlfriend for a couple of years now. And there's nobody less likely to be abusive, than my brother. It's simply not within his make-up. He's never been accused of exploitation/abuse, in his whole life - and indeed, he strongly condemns abusive behaviour. He fell for his girlfriend, because she's intelligent and level-headed - with a professional career, like him. He never criticises her; certainly never tries to isolate her (she socialises even more than him - even though he does plenty of socialising, too), etc. I've witnessed myself, the calm way they discuss disputes. They've recently bought a house together, at her instigation. Interestingly, her parents also have a 10-year age gap. Yet they are still together, and raised girlfriend in a loving, peaceful way. So not all age gap relationships are problematic. Depends entirely on the individuals involved.

Narcissistic people and sociopaths, as the other commenter so well put are shape shifters. Most Narcs are good at saying all the right things - it is the only skill they have - the rest they leech off others. They have no real empathy like you know it. They have no problem hurting people, lying or cheating. They put everything into love-bombing - a charming period in their relationships when they need something. They learn what ppl want to hear and say those things with no emotion behind it except maybe the excitement of the con or bored/frustrated they have to do it. Once they have their target, they use them for Narcissistic Supply. Basically attention, money, sex, caregiving, clout, food, cars - anything they can get. They will also criticise their targets, mock them, trick and humiliate them to control them. The targets become trauma bonded - new name for Stockholm Syndrome. Once their targets want to leave - they will beg and plead and love bombing starts again. Each time it gets worse, subtly and slowly, so you don't notice how bad it gets. *This guy isn't just narc/socio* - he has a lot wrong with him. But I hope I explained why such a beautiful, strong, brave, positive and wonderful woman could fall for such a sick bag of crap-scum. She is finally free of him. He can never use her again. Narcs are an epidemic.

4 time felon? How many times does one have to go to prison before it’s clear they have no intention of behaving in society? Violent crimes should be treated much more harshly. You get one chance to turn your life around and if you commit another violent crime, you go to prison for life.

Something similar happens to my friend (also living in MN) she had the restraining order and all (completely useless) and he broke into he house while she was sleeping a lot her on fire, she managed to get to neighbors to ask for help but it was too late. no surprise the guy isn’t rotting away for life like he should be and now her son is motherless, all because a judge decided a restraining order instead of jail (was an option based on other chargers and such)
