My automatic leveling system on my 29 BHS has only worked once and never again. Keeps telling me it's out of stroke which is BS. I've blocked it so high that it only comes down an inch all the way around. I've tried resetting the system. I've taken it to the dealer and they tell me it works fine and that they can't get the same error code. So we take ot out and yet again have had the same issue. I've spoken with a couple other people who own the same trailer and they have the same issue. So it sounds to me there is a problem with all of them that Keystone needs to have a recall and fix the issue.

What if the wheels are off the ground? Is it ok ?

Good afternoon, that would be alright, however, you'd want to put it back down as soon as possible as to not cause any damages. The system made need to be put in manual mode to get it down and then recalibrate the auto level system. Thank you.

One touch!😆 that's funny! Also the word, automatic.😆 Anyway. My 2021 29rks does not level. Always a couple inches off. Always gotta toy w it to get it right. It should be an automatic or one touch leveling system, but it's not.

Why is it that this system is not offered across the Cougar line, the 25RDS for example?
