- Mint ~15 g.
- Eggs 150 g.
- Erythritol 50 g.
- Coconut flour 50 gr.
- Baking powder 10g.
Cream:
- Thick yogurt or coconut milk 300 ml.
- Lime 1 piece.
- Gelatin 8g.
- Mint water 30 ml.
- Sweetener 8g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
+ Mint leaves and water for soaking.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 50 minutes.
