Good luck everyone Desired Height: 6' 0". (at least 182.0cm. 182.9cm to be exact). (182.0 and above I think counts officially) Been/still doing these stretches twice everyday(1 after waking, 1 before bed). From 1st July 2022. Sleep was consistently around 12 15/12 30am for July and August. Now its 11/11 30 for September so far. Week 1(7/7): 180.8cm Week 2(14/7): 181.3cm Week 3(21/7): 181.6cm Week 4(28/7): 181.8/181.9cm MONTH 1(JULY): 181.8/181.9cm(+1.0/1.1cm) Week 1(7/8): 182.0/182.1cm Week 2(14/8): 182.2cm Week 3(21/8): 182.4/182.5cm Week 4(28/8): 182.5cm MONTH 2(AUGUST): 182.5cm(+0.5/0.6cm) Week 1(8/8): 182.6/182.7cm Week 2(14/8): 182.8cm Week 3(21/8): 182.8/182.9cm Week 4(28/8): 182.8/182.9cm MONTH 3(SEPTEMBER): 182.8/182.9cm(+0.2/0.3cm) Sleep is still inconsistent at times tbh. I mean my sleep has been kinda bad. I sleep at bad times (like 2 am)with infrequent good timings (before 11pm). I slept on average though for 9 hours. in terms of vitamins I take some standard vitamins every day(I take them at night but when I fix my sleep itll be Morning) which are vitamin b and d, zinc, magnesium etc. in terms of other things I do a lot of sports primarily football (soccer in case you're American lol), and have a diet which is 35% protein 35%carbs and 30% fat, I eat around 140g protein a day.also I dont eat or drink any junk foods or cheat meals. another thing I do is I drink around 600-1000+ml of milk a day semi Skimmed.

I started 3 weeks ago, I drank vitamins, slept from 9 pm to 8 am, stretched and after 1 month I grew more than 1 cm, I am 14 years old and I am 5'1, my goal is 5'4 this stretch really helped me alot. Make sure to drink milk and vitamins everyday

The stretches are really helpful, but can you please make a version with these exact stretches without you explaining how to do them. I mean to set a timer in every stretch and maybe put some music over the video so we can follow directly every one of your stretches and do repeatedly the routine. Have a wonderful day!!

Stats Before starting: Male, just turned 15 178.5cm or 5"10 Height in my family tends to be recessive, so parents (who are doctors) and other doctors are expecting around 6 foot and a half or 6"1. My biggest growth spurt has been about 5 inches over 2 years, so around 2.5 inches a year (13-14, 14-15). Will update each week with increases if any. Week 1 23/07 : Not any taller yet, its only been a week so I'm not expecting much. I have gotten more flexible though, which is one good bonus. Week 2 5/08 : sorry for the late update. I am around 0.2cm taller,. but more so maintain my height throughout the day. Instead of losing an inch in the evening, I now maintain at solid 5"10 Im only going to be doing months now sorry, but reply if you want weeks. 24/12 Very late update, but still continuing with similar stretches. I am now 181.5cm in the mornings, and remain the height throughout the day. Not only has my posture improved, but i have actually grown around an inch, just from doing this, so hopefully I can get to around 6"1. I'll try update more regularly from now on.

@@nathan-dw7ju I just did these ones. Also some advice, at your age I'd recommend focusing more on your sleep, exercise and nutrition rather than this stuff. Drinking lots of milk is what I did to reach 180.2 originally because my parents are relatively short(I was originally 5 inches taller than my dad and 6 or so than my mum). Good luck and dont give up :)

Im a 16.5 year old Filipino and I really want to be a professional basketball player. Current Height: 179.4 CM Mom's Height: 163 CM Dad's Height: 188 CM Note: Aside from these stretches, note that I am hanging on a bar for 20 seconds 10 times a day. I have 7 hours of sleep daily. I drink 12 glasses of water, 2 glasses of milk, eat 2 bananas and 2 oranges daily. I also exercise around 6 hours a day, while constantly doing plyometrics and vertical training. All of which I heard can also maximize or maybe even increase height. I am doing these stretches twice a day. Once after my daily workout and once before I sleep. Goal: 184 CM by Day 60, 190 CM by Day 228. Day 1 (May 16): 179.4 CM Day 2: 180.1 CM Day 3: 179.8 CM (idk how i shrunk) Day 4: 180.2 CM (back on track lez get it) (Timeskip) (havent been doing the stretches everyday) Day 21 (June 5) 181.9 CM Update: 2 years later, haven’t been doing the stretches at all but I stayed very active and I play basketball in college. I now stand at 183.1 cm. I don’t think Ill grow anymore though. We’ll see.

@@noyes3265 Not true, u can grow until your 20s. You have a lot of time. Main things you want to do is Sleep 8-9 hours a night ( try to sleep before 10 pm ) and eat good foods high in protein, etc. Stretch, workout. You can get to 6’3 with these things. Believe in it.

hey guys, currently 18 (turned that 3ish months ago) taller than my parents at height 172cm/5'8 right now. (date 16.01.22) ((changed the initial height bc i measured myself incorrectly -> i started at 172cm Will be doing this frequently and will update yall Wish me luck (read the comments for more detailed journaling) Sorry for the late update: So on 06.02.22 im a little bit over 175. I will try to measure myself in the Morning( since ones the tallest in the morning) note: I have been doing them almost everyday but ny sleep schedule has been shit. At times i have slept 8h but from 4am to 12:00. obviously this kind of sleep schedule is not optimal 22.03.2023 I am now 179.5 / 180. Gonna come back here every month and document my progress. Dad: 5’8 Mom: 5’5 (almost 5’6) GOAL: +5’10 *Before STRETCHING* September 22, 2023 172cm || 5’7 || 15.8 yrs December 18th, 2023 173cm ||5’8.3 || 15.11 yrs February 1st 173.5-174cm ||5’8.5 || 16.01 yrs *AFTER STRETCHING* February 12 173.8-174cm After a few days I’ve grown around 0.3mm which brings me to 174 cm. I’ve also been using subliminals and affirmations that have been very beneficial for me. March 1st: still 174 cm March 24th: 175 cm!! Just over 5’9. I started using law of attraction, and started doing affirmations. Still doing the stretches. I also started caring much less about height, i assured myself that if I grow, that’s awesome but if I didn’t, that’s fine aswell. Just be consistent.

Im 17, and Im 168cm tall. I havent grown since October last year or 9 months ago. Im gonna start doing this exercise then jump rope after it every day, drink dairy milk 2x a day, and try to get 8 hours of sleep. I may skip one or two days but I will try to be consistent. I hope I grow taller

These stretches are great. I can really feel my hamstrings, quads, and back being stretched. I am currently 18 and 5’6.5. Hopefully these can get me to 5’9 or 5’10.

I don’t usually comment on videos, but I want to make a commitment to gain height. I am 5’7 currently and I am hoping to be 6’0. I’m not yet adult age so I still have time to grow. Currently 5'2 Desired goal : 5'4 atleast Ill come back every week 🙂 Week 1 : no change Note :- due to uni and works I was barely getting any sleep and had to skip some meals so that did slow down my results Week 2 : I checked today and I'm a little taller not inches but more than 1cm taller and I'm very happy!! 😭 Week 3 : I started doing some workout ( HIIT ) along with this and I'm starting to feel better overall. Some of my friends have told me that I look taller now!!! Week 4 : it's been a month and guys..I wasn't very consistent throughout the month BUTT I've grown AN INCH.. I'M OFFICIALLY 5'3 noww I'm very very happy Ps : based on my experience this workout does work but with consistency. Don't be too much conscious about results just do them! Even though I've only grown an inch alot of ppl tell me that I've became taller !! So you should really try this and be consistent

Ok, I am 15, 9.5 months and 6'1". I am going to do these stretches for 7 days and see what happens. I will update you if possible. I have grown 1/2 an inch in the last year. Maybe 3/4 tops. My current goal is 6'3". Please wish me luck, I want to try to get there within a week or two! 🙏 I repeat most of these 3 times a day, I do some other ones too sometimes. Age: 20 (just turned recently) Male Original height: 180.2cm (~5' 11") barefoot. Desired height: 6 foot. 182(also counts above the .5 mark I think) or 183cm. Started doing these stretches twice a day(one after I woke up, one before bed)from the 1st July 2022. Slept consistently around 12 15am, for at least 8 and a half hours. Still doing them as of the 13/8/22. Week 1(7/7): 180.8/180.9cm Week 2(14/7): 181.3cm Week 3(21/7): 181.6cm Week 4(28/7): 181.8/181.9cm MONTH 1: 181.9/182.0cm August week 1: 182.0/182.1cm (182cm is officially recognised as 6 foot by Fifa in football) Week 2: will probably be around 182.3cm. Notes: doing hanging from a bar stretching and swimming would significantly help too. Also sleeping even earlier and better.

I'm 16 years old and I will be 17 in August. I really hope that these stretches will help me grow taller! Current Height: 173 cm Mom's Height: 155cm Dad's Height: 179cm Note: Aside from these stretches, note that I am fixing my sleep scedule from 6 hours a night to 8 hours. In addition, I am taking vitamin d + k vitamins and eating foods rich in vitamins and proteins such as vegetable, fruits, meat etc. Also, I am doing sports on a daily bases that encourage growth such as basketball, swimming, sprinting and jumping. Goal: 178 cm by day 40 (wish me luck guys!)- figured this goal is a bit unrealistic. Hope I'll reaching 1,78 in 5 months! I will update in 10 days to see if I hopefully gained 1 cm! 20. Height: 161 5’3.5 I started this a while ago on the other stretches to grow taller video so I’m just putting it here aswell. Age: 12 Mom: 160 5’3 Dad: 176 5’9.5 Goal: 167 5’6 by February. 170 5’7 By April. Start: 161 5’3.5 End of week…. 1: 162 5’4 2: EXAMS 3: EXAMS 4: EXAMS 5: 162.5 5’4 6: 163 5’4 7: 163.5 5’4.5 8: 164 5’4.5 17: 165/5’5 Its been 2 months +- and I stopped doing the excercises when I stopped updating. I realised I had fixed my posture and these stretches wouldn’t be benificial height-wise. When I was updating , I don’t think I grew to at the rate that I said , every time I measured I would stretch my posture to the extreme. I think after 8 weeks I was closer to 163 , so in the last 2 months I’ve grown 2 cm😎😎 Its now around a year since i started and 10 months since i stopped doing the stretches and im 169cm ( 5'6.5 ) :) just be patient and you will grow.

Hi guys.. I'm 15 y.o Female My height is around 157/158 cm My goal is 170+cm *I started this exercise from 25th June, and update every 3 weeks.* -16/july/2024: -6/August/2024: Notes: - do this stretch before my 2nd workout which is more burning. And I also do this exercise every morning and night when I go to bed. -I also try to consume foods/milk full of protein, calcium, and vit D, and drink more water. And I try to get rid of my bad habits like sleeping late at night and sitting in bad postures. (Please remind me.)
