also there is no such thing as "having to steal to feed a family" Pretty much every community has places that give away food or provide free meals daily. Additionally all poor people qualify for food stamps.

I don't know how I feel about the fact that I knew exactly where you were on all three of those calls _before_ you said anything. (I had friends back in the day off Wilkeson, my Grandma lived off 170th in the 80's and then I live in Summit, so that's my local Safeway, unfortunately.) **chuckles in born and raised** I mean, what are the chances...Pierce County is so vast. PS: When I was building my house a few years ago, I had a second job on the weekends as a dispatcher at a local towing company. We used to hate PD calls for abandoned RV's. They are thee absolute worst! So hazardous and total liabilities revenue wise. Nine out of ten times WE had to pay to dispose of them because the registered owner couldn't. (Well over 1K ++ according to size/class, per vehicle.) We used to refer to them as charity calls because we lost so much money on them, but weren't allowed to turn them down when on rotation.
