And remember that alcohol / dope doesn't dissipate immediately you stop taking it: on average alcohol leaves your body at one unit (0.018) per hour and can take 25 hours to clear the body completely so it doesn't show up at all on a blood / urine test. Dope will show up in your blood / urine for a couple of weeks (though that may be below the legal limit where you are) and will take at least 6 hours to drop below a "safe" level for driving even you you just use a tiny bit. If in doubt, don't drive if you drink or use any drug.

Thank you so much for mentioning the lifted truck with no mud flaps. I actually drive a lower car now and I'm tired of all the trucks in front of me chucking rocks at me relentlessly. When I was an officer I actually took it to the guy for the same thing, and he said oh that's probably why the front of my boat has so many chips in it. Duh.

Camping in the left land should be enforced in all 50 states. It is such a hazard, especially when the driver is going under the speed limit.

seen people cross 3 lanes and cut people off just to come back over and get infront of people going slow in the left lane. it is truly dangerous

​@@sylth4103 Wait, are the slow left laners or the people who weave across traffic and cutting other drivers off to get in front of them the dangerous drivers? To be honest I'm having a hard time understanding how left lane camping is a safety issue. It's really annoying, but I have to agree with Frank that it's "almost dangerous" when the left lane camper is 15 under the speed limit, which is a pretty extreme scenario.

If i was to become a cop, the only tickets I'd write are for people on phones, driving slow in the left lane and not using signals. No breaks, no warning, nothing some lessons must be learned in blood😂

I do not understand why this is a law. There are ZERO circumstances that would make speeding above the posted limit legal. The only vehicles on the road that are legally allowed to speed are police and ambulances. That's it. There's no legal reason a citizen can ever be allowed to speed, even if you're badly wounded and bleeding out and trying to get to a hospital to save your life. So why is it illegal to drive in the left lane if you're driving the speed limit?! They are basically saying "use the left lane only for when you are breaking the law". It makes no sense to me. Ps, I obey the rule and always stay right because I'm not a fast driver. I just don't understand the logic for the law because it contradicts the other laws.

Why won't woman quit talking on the phone and driving? Driving isn't a strong point of the fairer sex. Talking definitely is a very strong point.
