I usually turn off the fire first after 1 minute put & cook the seasoning. Stir & mix all the bihun with seasoning evenly. After that turn On again and cook it until ready.

Can you also try cooking lobihon? I usually order this in local chinese resto in the Philippines. It contains seafoods, chinese kikiam, innards and of course the bihon in a thick soup base ;)
