Mrs Lena l fixed my fried bologna sandwich just like you said to do it . The mayonnaise on the bread and fry the bread. Mrs Lena your bologna sandwich should win any bologna sandwich. Thank you for bringing back the old way of cooking. You can’t get this in any restaurant. If they will try it they will be hooked on fried bologna. My grandmother ate fried bologna and she lived to be 99 years old. Danita and one of my clients lived to be 103 and she always ate bologna. Awwww brought back so many memories of my grandma’s sandwiches! She would buy her bologna from Swan’s Housewives market in Oakland, CA or from the neighborhood meat market with the clear rind on it. ❤
