Good morning Stephen T Strawn, my 78 year old aunt uses the same type of skillet to make her 9-12 layer cakes. the ladle she uses will hold enough batter for one layer which produces the perfect depth cake. a true southern delight to find in rural areas.

I cook them a little bigger and drape it over a bowl while it's hot and limp. It hardens in the bowl shape and makes an edible salad bowl.

Great video; what is not talked about enough in the carnivore diet is that it doesn't allow for that crunchy potato chip need which makes it much easier to stay carnivore

I like to put a tortilla in my air fryer, cover it with a thick layer of shredded cheese, turn it on until the cheese looks much like the picture of fried cheese in this video. It’s really tasty. I always blot it with paper towels, as it does have quite a bit of oil melted out.

I missed potato chips until I discovered pork belly. If cooked properly, until it's brown and crispy it will taste better than chips. Cook till brown and crisp and then add salt. I eat it everyday! I love that stuff. Try it! Much better than bacon.
