Fried pizza snack bites | No Oven | No yeast | Tea Time snack

Enjoy this easy one bite pizza snack.
No yeast needed
No Oven

Ingredients:
Flour. 2 cups
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Milk. 1 cup + 1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce
Oil for frying
➡️ You can add any filling you like in this recipe
Method :
Mix 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder and 1 +1 tablespoons milk and make a dough .
Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile make crumbs with cornflakes ( use blender to make crumbs).
After 15 minutes divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
Roll 1 portion of dough thin then cut the sides to make it square .
Then trace the line to make square , lay your filling ( pizza sauce and cheese in each square)
Now roll the second portion of dough and pop it on the first sheet and cut square ( press the edges of each square)
Dip each square into beaten egg then roll into crumbs the fry them.
