This book is a gold mine of wisdom, I used to always chase women and try to make things happen. I used to fixate over one woman and worry what would happen if she lost interest. Now after reading the book 8 times, I am in an abundance mentality, I can take it or leave it, I’m dating multiple women, hitting the gym hard, eating clean and I feel great! Read the book. Learn the fundamentals and you will be the best version of yourself, I promise you, it works. I still have a few more reads to go but I am applying myself fully, listening to audio book version when I’m in the gym and cleaning around the house etc. Be a lifelong learner.

I have done the mistake to tell to a guy exactly why it is not going to work. The reason was - he was pushy and trying to kiss etc. when I was not into it. It didn't end well. He was angry at me, his reaction was quite aggressive. Then he came to the conclusion that he probably has to start making more money before he can keep dating (WTF...who was even talking about money? This wasn't even mentioned!). Well, I was younger back then. Now I know better and I just tell them: "It's not you, it's me". ;)

Hey coach. I wanted to share my half-success story. So my ex reached out after 70 days of NC. She has asked me if I still want to send her things back to her. I've answered that "not really, but I would like to meet up with you on weekend and I can take these with me". She said that it's not good idea and she just want me to mall them to her and she will pay for delivery. I said that I won't be bother by sending few things (literally 3) and if she wants it back so badly (she didn't for 3 months tho...) she can come over to my place and take it. She got angry with me and told me that she didn't want to complicate things but if I do, then she won't bother me. I'm back to no contact, back to working on myself, stay strong guys. We'll make it. Thank you, Coach.

I wanted to say a good way to increase your chances of getting the relationship with the other person you want, it starts by just taking it very slow and if you meet on a first date or 2 just be like your meeting a new friend and do a number of things together as a peer and then over time after you've gone out and had a number of chances to spend time and talk see where you're at then and let her make the first initiation to you that she feels ready to take it up another level to being your girlfriend, I did this on my first date years ago, we were just peers who spent time for several months and did a number of things and talked a lot and then all of sudden she was ready to advance us to being in a relationship for a few years. Don't push it and use give and take, I would suggest after you have that first date to give it a few days after and wait to contact her again after like 3 or 4 days unless she contacts you before hand. Same for 2nd date so at least that way you're not pressuring her and you're giving her time to feel things out and get a feel for you to see if there's attraction. Just be yourself and show what you can offer and what your worth and see if she accepts it or not. That's all.

I express my feelings to this girl from work with whom I had a very close connection. She tells me that she loves me as a friend. I said to her I can’t be friends with you because I have romantic feelings for you, and no matter how hard I try my feelings will come out one way or the other and you might get offended and I am the last person who would want to offend her. She jumped out of her chair and said: what about me? Don’t I have a say in this? Why are you doing this to me? I said it is because I want to respect myself when I am not being reciprocated with the same feelings and I don’t want to be hurt while you are considering other people and not me. I am offering you more than friendship, but you don’t want it. She said: it cannot be either romantic relationship or nothing. I said: yes it can and I am not going to come and see you again. I have to move on with my life and walk away with dignity. She said: you will come and I know you will. I said it won’t happen again while I walked away. She didn’t expect my response at all to the point where she was shocked. Advice: if you’re not being reciprocated the way you want, just walk away, respect yourself and don’t expect that person to check back with you again and do not contact them again unless they reach out to you first. All they want is your attention and resources you come with, but never you.

Hey Coach thanks a lot for all you've been doing... A friend of mine is facing a challenge. He's asking a girl out and the girl happens to be in a 3yr old relationship. He hangs out with her 2-3times a week and they chat on WhatsApp too. They have gone on dates, kissed and made out and also she's told him that she has feelings for him but she's scared to give into how she's feeling for him. Like she's scared of leaving her boyfriend to start a new relationship with him without really knowing what to see in the future. Now he's thinking whether to back away and go back to the once a week date you talked about in the book or give her an extended period of time. He really loves this girl.. Thanks once more I will be looking forward for your advice.

So a female coworker and I started a relationship. I made myself too available by taking her home one day and taking her to work in the morning the next day. She texted me later that day to thank me, I didn't respond and later she called. Then I texted and called her, but I got no response. At some point I texted her to offer her a ride home at the end of the week. She never responded so I ignored and tried to avoid her for about a week. She approached after about another week. She asked when we could go see a movie together again. I said whenever she wanted. She said today, but our schedules didn't line up for another week. So now I'm waiting for next Saturday to see if I can take her to see a movie.

(NEED HELP/ADVICE ASAP) Hey Corey, my Girlfriend of 1 year and 2 months broke up with me because I had lost my job do to not being happy with it, while having no money for rent or to do anything, being insecure, complacent, not focusing on my purpose(which is school to become a firefighter)and ignoring her complaints. She said she needed space and she wasn’t happy and stressed from school and work. Like an idiot I contacted her 2 weeks after the split trying to set a date, she said she thinks we could go out, but later gave an excuse as to why she couldn’t go, I left it at let me know when you’re free to get together. 2 weeks later she posts on social media her going out with her sister, sister’s boyfriend and another guy I’ve never seen before, it infuriated me and I blocked her on all social media, realizing I overreacted I unblocked her. It has been 3 weeks since then and 5 weeks since the breakup. I have been hitting the gym religiously, going to school, and am going to start a new job that I enjoy and pays well. Would I be breaking no contact if I friend her again on social media, seeing as I’ll be posting my progress with my purpose of becoming a firefighter and improving my life in general? Or should I not add her back on social media? She just wanted the best for me and left because I wasn’t doing my job as a man. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
