I always watch your vids with keen interest. Very informative. One option I hardly ever see is the X51 Powerkit. Had any of those in the shop?

I believe they are in all the 996 40th anniversary edition cars, one of which I own, bought from FGP. The cost of this option was considerable (£6k - £7k) and it’s hard to imagine many people ticking that box. I have nothing to compare it with. My previous car, a 2016 Audi S3, felt faster off the line & at low speed, probably an illusion due to very good turbocharging. The 911 is such a peach under all other situations.

Great video as always. Does the 997.1 have the same upper and lower sump. Or the Metzger as in the turbos? Many thanks.

Another great video guys. Is the oil sump seal an issue on the .2 Turbo’s as well? Mine has a leak, trying to figure out where it’s coming from.

So, it was an external leak? or an internal one?

What a stunning car! One happy new owner I’d guess, just a shame the RH indicator doesn’t work 😢

I think you’re referring to the flickering sensation generated by a video recording of l.e.d lights, but thanks for your comment.
