Frightened Rabbit & I Can't Binge Eat Anymore

There is crying in this one so if you can't handle, please click away. I'm laughing just to not completely lose it.
The singer from one of my favorite bands, Frightened Rabbit, passed away earlier this month and I don't really know how to handle it. It will be a long time until I'm ready to listen to their amazing music again, and even then I know it will be pretty painful. Long story short I have mixed feelings about suicide and hold an unpopular opinion about it.
I've also recently found out that I can no longer binge eat as I used to do to comfort myself during times such as these or with stress from other things. I think I have just learned too much about it and gotten to a place in my life where my mind and my body just won't let me do it any more. That being said I can still OVER EAT, just to a very minimal degree in relation to the amount I used to be able to shovel in during a sitting while I engaged in binge eating (with or without the subsequent purge).
