I started to watch your abuela's cooking and now all my friends ask me to cater there events, holidays etc. And my kids are get excited to show off my food now lol . This is the best video I've found as a foundation for how to make the beans. You can add and subtract to your liking but overall, this is what you need to make them delicious. Don't skip the chorizo though, it's one of the most important steps that elevates the flavor. I also like to add some tomato bullion and I don't skimp on tomatoes either. Everyone loves the beans I make :) and it's all thanks to this recipe. Muchas gracias Abuela!
