Hi Andrew ... can you please show on the 65's ALH section of Grove community? I believe the ones you showed behind you while walking were 74s by Highland. Can you compare Grove vs Lexington - pros & cons :) Thank you

@@amynguy crazy isn’t it! I asked the sales office the same question. A surprising number are cash buyers, people moving from Highland Park area, move-up buyers who have a lot of equity in current homes, and people from out of state. Thanks for watching.
