I also agree that you should avoid levering bass by their jaws. Please lead the way in correct bass handling and help change the macho fish wrangling culture by example. Okeechobee is looking good and I can't wait to get out there.

Mark Sorensen Ever notice that in so many videos the nice bass above 3-4 pounds especially larger are treated with some respect but the small bass are just flipped in the air to fall from 3-4 feet?

Seriously I thought you were supposed to be an "experienced" fisherman. At 12:38 you held his mouth and torqued his jaw open. This causes all of the fishes weight to be pushed on the jaw. If its torqued too far the fish cant close its mouth and it will die. And when you have a bigger fish hold him horizontally and support him under the belly too ease off the pressure on his jaw
