Learn English, there are absolutely negligible Hindi resources for tech, coding or engineering. Have you ever read a Hindi engineering book ? What happened to the Hindi engineering course in Bhopal, it failed miserably. This is such a silly argument these days, like it or not, almost 90% of technical books are in English. The Chinese have started learning from 2000's
