MY AHAA LEARNING POINT 1. Stop focusing financial advice, and change our approach to financial planning. 2. Financial advice is about the products, tax, legislation which are client aren't really interested in. 3. Financial planning is all about their future, their goals and their passions which are they really interested in. 4. 2 key element as financial advisor needs which are empathy and creativity. 5. People don't want pension, they want retirement and financial freedom. 6. Financial planning is about a deeper conversations and then building a specific plan for them. 7. The cornerstone to financial planning is lifetime cashflow forecasting. 8. We must embrace financial planning with find people, courses, and books that can help us in our specific part of the industry. 9. Identify the people and the technologies that can help us make this transition, and we will have a business that flourishes in the future. 10. Carrying focusing on the product and not the person, and we may get a replaced by a robot.
