GMB is the best at explaining complex movements. I couldn't do the spiderman push up (despite watching all the videos I could find) until you covered the twisting bear and spiderman in Elements.

Backbend with 9090 is actually very common. Just keep working at it and it'll get better.

The stretches still work though. Start where you are and you'll get better (including your back bend) as you keep practicing.
