DearManish Sidhwani Sir Let us suppose both the parties before marriage sign a legal documents of Expenses , Gift recived/exchanged and a written affdivit from the brides's family that no Doway was demanded by the Groom's family and all the marriage expenses were shared 50-50 with the proof of expenses i.e. GST invoices then in such cases can the grooms family can be saved from Dowry Act at least?

हमारे संविधान मैं अनुच्छेद -14 से 18 के तहत सविधान मैं समानता का अधिकार है जिसमे साफ साफ लिखा है कि भारत के नागरिक के साथ लिंग,जाति और धर्म आदि के आधार पर कोई भेदभाव नही किया जायेगा तो इसमें भेदभाव क्यों महिलाओं को हर कानून मैं विशेषाधिकार दिया जाता है, जिससे पुरुषो का शोषण और पुरुष आत्महत्या कर रहे है सभी सरकार अपनी राजनीति मैं पुरुषो का शोषण करती जा रही है । आम लोगो को आवाज उठानी पड़ेगी नही तो ऐसे ही शोषण होता रहेगा।

Court data suggests more than 90% divorce cases are filed by women. It's not about any man vs woman. It's about how the judicial system is biased and favors woman only.

jab ye maintenance kaa concept hataa denge tab 90% cases khatam ho jaayenge...,saare cases hote hey for extortion, mene dekha hey,jab ladka maintenance nehin detaa,jail jaane ke liye ready ho jataa hey, tab ladki waale settlement mey aa jaate hey phir ushka case jaldi close ho jataa hey.... faltu mey ladke kyun apni life kharap karni hey, jab india mey judiciry sahi nehin hey.... 20 saal baad bhi apko justice ni milegaa,kyun ki app male ho. :)

bachhe ko maintenance sab denaa chahte hey, but problem ye hey ki legal system sahi nehin hey. kya ladho ge ? if u pay maintenance, means u r inviting more false cases. wo paise mey lawyer kaa bhi hishaa hotaa hey. bachhe ka custody to kabhi father ko miltaa hi nehin hey. Then why to run behind court ? why to earn and pay maintenance ? ishh se better jail mey raho.., free kaa khana khao,... no more tension. why to fight for 10-20yrs and result nothing.... aur app purjury ki baat kar rahe ho, kabhi dekhaa hey women ke against mey purjury lagaa hey ? judge wo bhi ni kartaa, to bhai kis baat ke liye maintenance de ke case fight karoge ?
