it's funny I met my ex's sister who said I've become so thin and that I need to eat so I don't get sick. If I had been overweight she wouldn't have said anything. everything has turned upside down in society today and she is overweight and has had back surgery and has had breast cancer and has problems with his health. I have been a carnivore for 17 months now and I feel perfect😊

I absolutely love this! I've tried to get people to listen but it's almost like they are in the "Cult of Sugar and Bread." I was carnivore for a year and a half along with working out 7 days a week i.e. heavy weights, then body weight stuff, etc. Well I'm 54 and I was so gung-ho I over did it and tore my shoulder pretty bad in February which sent me back into a depression and there was all this food, sugar, junk, and I blew back up to 270lbs over 5 months. I've now recommitted and looking to change my workouts but give more recovery time, getting my shoulder fixed and back on carnivore and just in 5 days I've dropped 8 lbs and honestly already feel a ton better! The inflammation that was back is going away, my sleep is getting better and more rested, and knees and lower back which were really starting up again with some pain has almost gone away... In 5 days. I'm down to 262 and I'm recommitting to a new workout and kicking myself in the ass and not feeling sorry for myself and my injury. Anyway, love the channel and I'm one of those people that need inspiration to keep my head on straight and I'm happy as hell I found your channel! Peace!

I am down to 221 even without exercising. pretty much don't do a lot of walking unless holding onto a shopping cart. I have found a song from Home Free called "Listen to the Music" and do resistance bands to it. Another great carnivore success story. Also, note to the fellow big guys out there (like myself) when you take a similar approach to Frank you too can end up looking like Thor (or some similar super hero) Our large frames lend really well to building a ton of muscle with relative ease. All we need to do is eat healthy meats, lift some weights and get lots of rest. The difference we can see in a short space of time is frightening! The benefits of this carnivore lifestyle mixed with resistance training never ceases to amaze me! 😮 Well done Frank. 🎉

You wish you could say things to help. Well, you have. I thought I was being a good carnivore. I have found I'm slipping really badly, but I'm learning a lot. I wanted to taste a homegrown tomato so I ate a tiny tomato my daughter sent from her plants and I started itching. I didn't put the two together until I ate another one and the itching started again. Now I tried a piece of cantaloupe this weekend because it is in season here. The itching started again and I did retry just, to see, and the itching started again. So I'm back on strict Carnivore again. going to quit buying sweets for my husband, too. I started my journey at 5' 1" and 350 or more pounds. Lost 125 lbs on Keto, then keto seemed to quit working as I was eating too many veggies. The only thing I have not seen is curing my diabetes. The other day I happened to watch one of Dr Berry's Private groups placed on KZbin where he said it could take months for some people so I have hope. You look wonderful. Thank you Frank.

Hello, I have done the same thing, eating fresh fruit and would get a headache. Then would add cheese in, a headache. My itching is from added carbs or sugar. Going all in now, thanks for sharing. @@Keeping_it_FrankThanks for the quick reply! I’m hooked on coffee and can't give it up, even though I’m rocking the carnivore diet like you. My friend who just returned from the US says their food scene is even wilder than Europe’s, so skipping sugary drinks and processed foods there must be a superpower. The health benefits have been surprising. My teeth feel stronger, my gums are top-notch, and my skin is smooth and elastic-probably because no carbs mean no fungal issues. Plus, my vision has improved so much I thought I needed glasses, but not anymore. Even my night vision is on point now.Sure, eating mostly ribeye steaks and eggs can get a bit repetitive, but hey, nothing beats being beach-ready and fitting perfectly into my clothes without those extra fat curves!

Frank, i too have problems remembering words and saying clear sentences - brain fog, basically! My problem, however, is emf. If i stay away from pcs, and my phone for a prolonged time (when i go on vacations and don't touch the stuff), the brain fog goes away. Although i've been on the carnivore diet for a few months, i'm hoping that this diet will get to the core of the problem and fix the brain fog cos I've heard that a couple of people fixed their emf sensitivity with the carnivore diet.

Outstanding! Frank, do you eat dairy at all? I've done Carnivore for about 4.5 months in the past and have been back on it for a month eating dairy and having heavy cream in coffee. I feel like i'm still getting results. Like you said, don't look at the scale as much as you would pay attention to measurements. I'm down from a 33.5 inch waist to 32 in the month I've been back on the diet. I just wonder if my results would be even more drastic if I just stopped dairy altogether.

Guys, I have one doubt. I am doing mostly carnivore (I do take whey protein on the days I go to gym) and trying to build muscle and lose visceral fat. I am also experienced in Keto. So I am not hungry at all during the day and after my work out, when I am eating beef and eggs, I couldn’t get enough food if eaten to satiety in just one meal. At least that’s what I feel like eating OMAD. I want to gain weight (muscle). But one day, I brought Costco grass fed Australian lamb rack of 700 grams. And guess what, I baked it to medium and boom, finished effortlessly in one sitting. 2000 calories, perfect fat to protein ratio. No other meal needed. So my doubt is, can I eat Lamb rack everyday just like how some people eat steak and eggs everyday in carnivore.
