I have an adult nephew who is mentally ill. He has impulse control issues, often gets in trouble with his neighbors and even the law for doing inappropriate things he just thinks he should be allowed to do because he wants to do them, and he never takes responsibility for anything. Its always, always someone else's fault or a set-up. Even when caught red handed doing something he shouldn't, its still not his fault. I see so much of that in Feldman. He and my nephew even have the same weird laugh as if they don't really know how to laugh and are faking it as best they can for appearances sake.
