My advice to you is simply love… 1. Find a trusted local who can do your talking or bargaining for you OR you’ll have a very expensive experience. 2. Please learn the local language where you’re staying. While you can get around anywhere with English, you’ll be inviting high prices for everything. 3. Try to move out of Accra. Moving to Accra is like moving to NYC or LA. It’s high prices, scammers, and not really a fun experience unless you just want to party. 4. Lastly try your hands at growing your own food. The land here is extremely fertile, basically throwing anything in the ground will grow. 5. Enjoy yourself 😊
