I love that its Ghanaian owned! FUBU For Us By Us! The whole continent needs to start raising their kids with this mindset for Africa and those of African descent to prosper.

Other areas of concern/interest to address in follow-up video: overall maintenance plan & culture of building, amenities & surroundings, security, elevators & maintenance, waste disposal & overall sanitation, etc, etc Where exactly were the solar panels in the model? The surface area of the building did not seem to be wide enough to house the required number needed to serve even as back-up power source.

This is not the developer's first rodeo. They have other developments that are fully completed with detailed walk through. Wode Maya and others have done videos with the owner just google Neil Oku.

I wouldn't live in high rise buildings in Ghana,due to the fact there is reliable electricity. You could get stuck in elevators often,and other issues that may arise.

I hear you, but Labone and Cantonments are area that have VERY little power outages because its where most foreign diplomats and embassy's are. Plus there is definitely generators

People with feeble minds like you make it hard for africa to develop, you could have put in a positive input and ask how the place will be run, instead of you killing the messenger

I am telling you from experience.when it happen to me,I nearly lost everything.neighbours brought water to save me.Tell the true and let the goverment do their job
@gettingaroundwithbaileybrown2 ай бұрын
@@GafSanBut where did you live? That is important. I’m in an area now that in the last 7 months only experienced power outages 3 times but the generator came on in less than a few minutes. So although you are speaking your truth it may not be the truth for every area here. Does the government need to do more, absolutely
