I am older now, but my punk sensibilities remain intact. Thank you Rich and thank you Raghunath. I had not heard the story of Buffalo until this podcast. Tears welled in my eyes as one who has had that shared and same experience when death of the body was eminent. But our journeys continue on. This two hours with the two of you was beauty and healing and affirmation on the path. Namaste.

You have no idea, Ragunath, how many times you have supported and inspired me both through your podcast and through interviews. When I find everything else regarding Bhakti be far too heavy (I guess we all have those moments) I still keep myself in touch with it by listening to Wisdom of the sages, feeling a warm feeling of being understood and helped to stay on track by someone who doesn't even know that I exist 😊 Thank you so much for being so down to earth and still so deeply devoted! This is a brilliant interview!

Wow, after this podcast I checked out Shelter and I was blown away reading Raghunath's lyrics from the early 90s - many of the thoughts I have had about modern society were being talked about by Shelter before I was born. Amazing people and amazing band, definitely check them out if you are into punk rock, but even if not, read the lyrics like poetry and the message is great and true. Great guest Rich, as always, well done.

Loved all of this and the journey of soul beings. Its so true that along the ay we get these realizations but we either embrace or ignore. In mid 80's I too read Peter Singers book and it changed everything. From Nova Scotia ( mid 80's) I moved to FL to NY and heard my soul yelling to me you dont belong here . I was partying and bartending in strip clubs ignoring the nudges. When my 1st child arrived she changed the trajectory of my life . I was spiritual and connected then fell off my path and struggled thru living in the external world living for the short term joy only to return to emptiness. Then my oldest daughter was raped at 15 by 4 males and a photo taken and shared. She died 17 months later by suicide and ince again changed the trajectory of my life to this amazing life I have now in total gratitude. 7 yrs of pain and healing. I knew that my pain of her death and my transcendence had to match. I love your podcast Rich. Thank you for bringing such amazing people to spread these important messages.

I think something that would be cool for your podcasts would be to add some photos here and there. Maybe ask the guest if they could bring old family photos or pictures of them when they were young or just pictures of them in their adventures. I think it would really add a great visual and depth to the conversation and help imagine the lives and stories your guests are talking about. Either way I love your podcast and I loved this conversation!!

My own experience for the beating down moment is to go "ohm". Ohm connects you to the right place and it's, to my knowledge, much more effective than chanting. Lol. Wonderful story. Thank you.

If consciousness is infinite, we're simply living out dreams of the social universe, the higher social media, the universe, together. We each have our own formless, ultimate and immortal free will dimensions where we are completely omnipotent. I believe the gods were like us and sometimes choose to be. We are the same, we chose to be here. I don't want any gods in my head, though. Great PC!
