The art of refurbishing things instead of buying new has been lost to generations after mine ( I’m 66 years old) my parents refurbished everything they could until there was no more material to accomplish that ! They always took our shoes to have new heels or soles to be put on instead of buying new ! Glad to see it’s coming back ! P.S. thanks for the sleep !

Do you recommend leather conditioner or mink oil?

Depends on the condition of the leather. The boots on this video were saturated with oil so in this case leather conditioner would work well. But if the leather is dry, mink oil will work better. Thanks for your comment!
