The sleep coach school literally saved my life. 10years I had insomnia for. I had no clue what was wrong with me. I had been on anti D drugs for most of that time when deep inside I new I wasn't depressed I just couldn't sleep. The anxiety for 10yrs was unbearable. It took about 12 months of joining and watching the sleep coach school and I can finally say I've made it through and it's AMAZING to have my life back. Who ever is reading this, stick with it, watch the videos, understand anxiety and you will 100% get there. Yes you will have setbacks and It will seem like it's not working but it really does. Keep working on it. You've got this.

I am just amazed how nobody from the entire community faced issues like IBS etc. due to over stressing/ anxiety.

Integration - building capacity - orienting from inner to the outer world. It’s important to give your body a break being bored is important just as if not more then to consume the phone - so the above is integration of life building capacity for stress new stressors as life can not be stress free. Resourcing and helping your self to take it easy to bring that nervous system down is important as well

Interesting that I went through my own insomnia journey at pretty much the same time as she did (December of last year to now). Thanks to the Bedtyme app and Coach Chris, I'm back to sleeping pretty well again.

@@brittanybowers4714 Brittany! Thanks for mentioning me, it makes me sooo happy that my story resonated with you (it's Brady) and that you now are telling your own amazing story. Wow there's so much I can relate to and agree with (especially being an 'infinite student,' still having the lingering fear before bed but then fine, and both in the Alina superfan club haha). We're in a really similar spot in the journey, grateful to hear you've overcome this as well. If it's not strange to offer over KZbin if you ever want to chat let me know it'd be lovely to have virtual tea and compare notes :)
