looks good sir ...im guessing you used glue bcc your installing in a method not recommended by manufacturer ? i'd recommend not installing shoe molding ... nevertheless, looks a lot better than carpet for sure. did you use a silicon caulk around the perimeter for expansion and contract of the flooring ?

Why did you glue all the boards? Definitely considering it myself

If all joints not glued (no this part is not in the manufacturers instructions) floor will make cracking and popping sounds.

I have never done herringbone before. I tried to follow formula to get started. I failed terribly. Tried to copy exactly what you had done. I ended with one complete triangle and half of another .lots of waste. Fcuk nose what I did wrong. Try again tomorrow 😢

What type of thickness of underlay do you recommend for herringbone laminate?? Brand? My floors arent ply lined just floorboards .... Thanks in advance P.s great video

1. Ply and level 2. Level if needed 3. 1-3mm firm ulay. 4. Wood glue all joints (All). Good luck.
