I can’t not believe Darden was this dumb. And Marcia would agree to do this. O.J., a man that has taken acting classes and been in several movies, has Nitrile gloves over his hands, and even if he tries to fit the gloves it still doesn’t prove that he did it. And you could lose everything if his acting skills convince the jury that the gloves were too small. Such a colossal idiotic move.

This is all anyone focuses on. Nobody talks about how he tried on a brand new pair of XL gloves similar make/model and they fit perfectly when prosecution was doing damage control. Not only were the Bundy/Rockingham gloves soaked with blood at one point, but they were also wet with chemicals for testing at another point and caused shrinking. Anyone who wears gloves knows they shrink when wet, and OJ stopped taking his arthritis meds. The gloves fit is what I'm saying, so I will never understand why this was made into such a huge deal during the trial. I agree Darden made a terrible decision having him try on the gloves without knowing the results, but I think OJ's bad acting speaks volumes in itself. All these years later and I'm still baffled at that Not Guilty verdict. OJ will face his consequences and pay his price now, in the afterlife. RIP Ron and Nicole ❤

I'm not a lawyer, but I never understood this. Why would you have him try on the gloves if you weren't certain they were his? First of all, the gloves probably shrunk. Also, he would be trying them on with latex gloves. Even if the glove did fit, it still would've been circumstantial. I don't know that it would've proven the prosecution's case.

He had great lawyers. Prosecution had a large amount of circumstancial evidence plus what would have been solid evidence if not for the cops who tainted it. The prosecutors seemed to throw everything against the wall and wanted to see what would stick and instead they showed the jury a muddied story that made him out to justifiably to be a terrible person, but they failed to absolutely pin him to the crime. Did he have motive and opportunity? Sure, but reasonable doubt wasnt removed and the defense reminded everyone of that constantly. End of the day he was awful to her. He probably murdered her or had her murdered, but the legal standard of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt wasnt met. One thing that should have been taken away from this case was that cops who perjure themselves or show serious racist leanings have got to go. They are a walking talking liability for solid cases.

The more I've looked @ it, the more I belove someone else was involved and OJ came to see that it was done. Most people don't know how much blood flows out of the body. TV isn't a good example. Both Nichole and Ron were almost decapitated. That's a huge amount of blood from 2 people. It just never made sense how little blood was in his SUV. And the prosecution gave the case away on silver platter by calling Mark Furman. They rushed this case and it backfired on them.

While acknowledging the negative legacy of the dead man, it is time to shift our attention from the past and focus on addressing present-day issues that really affect us today. It is so annoying because it appears he will be retried. He is dead for god sake. Yes, it is fair to talk about his legacy, but it is so unnecessary to go all the way back reminding the victim's loved ones of this tragedy. Who is with me here, anyone?
@Account_CB7 ай бұрын
Exactly...the trial is done...everyone has a view...but it doesnt change anything & now he's dead too. The media have bought this more attention than necessary as they know its now the social media age...putting out the historic story, especially one so divisive, simply generates clicks & retweets....but if ppl step back its all moot... Even the fact we are looking at this shows the power of social media - being drawn into commenting despite rationality saying its all irrelevant. My personal opinion hasnt changed I watched the entire trial & evidence & considered the circumstances...he did this but the judgement was given & thats that - it didnt impact my life then nor now.
