Hello and welcome the first in a series of archived transport related videos filmed in 2008. Do not adjust your device! Salvaged from my very first video camera, recorded onto VHS tape and then transferred to DVD, the footage has certainly been around the block a bit and the quality has decreased dramatically since it was first recorded 16 years ago. The camera work was absolutely terrible with me just discovering zoom, and being far too lazy on many occasions to carry a tripod around. However, this footage is now priceless with most of the trains and liveries filmed now long gone so please bare with me.
In this video we visit South Yorkshire and Barrow Hill over a weekend including some National Express East Coast and East Midlands Trains HSTs and a railtour with some West Coast Railways class 47s at Barrow Hill.
