From the Bench: A Mad Max Pacer? This one is ready for the apocalypse!

Here's what happens when you take an AMC Pacer, turn it backwards, stick it on a four wheel drive chassis and stuff a Hemi in the middle with twin superchargers on top. This one should be able to handle whatever the wasteland would throw at it.

I love it 👍😎 That turned out great, it wouldn't look out of place in Fury Road Believe it or not, I have seen a 1:1 Pacer on a lifted jeep chassis. In the early - mid '80s there were a lot of freak 4x4s running around my neck of the woods (Carolinas).

I always thought the AMC pacer was a bit of an ugly duckling but as something that might have been out of Mad Max it fits the bill nicely. Well done.
