In a pub in Germany, I met this 55 year old Caribbean man at the bar table. He was quietly sitting there the whole time listening to me with a simple smile on his face. Finally when he got up to leave, he turned around and said "True, kid! Ambrose was great. But guess who was even greater.. Malcolm Marshall".. paid for us both and left... I could only wonder..

@Jayakanth There isn't much in between three men and these three men are Marshall, Ambrose and Garner. The question is which one goes in your world XI? Marshall may have the edge due to the fact he was a more than handy late order batsman with 10 test half centuries and 7 first class hundreds. But then you have Garner who was all but impossible to score off and could pull toe crunching yorkers out of his pocket with ease. And of course Ambrose - a younger Garner. Not easy.
