Love this one, deeply understanding your triggers stemmed from trauma and embracing the pain/discomfort is the only way to heal and fully understand ourselves and each others needs. Learning to understand each others traumas we better understand how it shapes us into how we show up, who you are, who I am that’s why we have to go back and understand this so we fully understand each other.

I couldn’t agree more-healing starts with understanding, and sharing our experiences helps us heal and grow together.

Why is it always on the individual to transform their pain? What about societal changes to prevent trauma in the first place? Great and unique content! ✨👏

While society can definitely influence our mood, we ultimately have the most control over ourselves. Is true happiness about finding that inner light, even in tough circumstances, and maybe even sharing it with others? And what about the joy of creating change-can both the cheerful everyday person and the bold, influential renegade find their own fulfilling roles in shaping the world? What’s your take? Thanks for watching 🙏

Hoping society to change is not real solution, who is going to change society?

This perspective is interesting, but sometimes the pain feels too deep to just 'accept.' Does that mean I’m not trying hard enough? 🤷♀️

Deep pain doesn’t mean you’re not trying hard enough. Sometimes, the best we can do is accept our feelings and give ourselves grace. Self-love, rest, and patience are key-healing takes time, and it’s okay to move at your own pace.
